What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor shoot?

In the event of inclement weather, we can reschedule the outdoor shoot to a mutually convenient date at no extra charge. The goal is to be safe, but if it’s a little cloudy or breezy I’m still down to shoot if you are down.

Do you offer prints or albums in addition to digital files?

Yes, I offer a variety of high-quality prints, albums, and other products to showcase your images. Pricing for prints and albums is available upon request.

Can I order additional prints or products after the session?

Absolutely! You can order additional prints and products directly through me at any time.

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

There are no hidden fees. The pricing we discuss upfront covers the session fee and any included services or products. However, if items or additional services are requested, I would communicate upfront the new rate. 

Do you have backup equipment in case of technical issues?

Yes, I always bring backup camera bodies, lenses, and other essential equipment to ensure the smooth running of the session.

Can I request specific editing styles or effects?

Absolutely! I welcome your input on editing styles and effects to ensure that the final images meet your vision and preferences. That is why if you want to send over inspo photos they are well received. But remember is inspiration not duplication.

Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and hold your session date. The deposit amount is typically outlined in the booking agreement.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please refer to my cancellation and rescheduling policy outlined in the booking agreement for details. A 5 day noticed is required, unless a hospital trip, sudden death in the family or extreme illness. If cancelation is within the 5 days of the shoot, the deposit will be forfeited.

Do you offer gift certificates or vouchers?

Yes, I offer gift certificates or vouchers that can be purchased for any denomination. They make great gifts for friends and family!

Are you available for destination or travel photography?

Hair and makeup services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. I work with my talented wife who is a make-up and hair stylist to ensure you look your best during your session.
